My writing and resources are grounded in more than 20 years of frontline and leadership experience across therapeutic education, wellbeing, safeguarding, relational practice, and animal-assisted interventions.
Alongside leading organisations within the Elysian Group, I have completed postgraduate research and academic writing focused on leadership, therapeutic practice, and real-world systems of support. Much of my work combines practical experience with research, implementation, and reflective practice.
Over the years, I have developed a wide range of frameworks, templates, training materials, guidance documents, reflective tools, and practical resources through direct work within schools, organisations, therapeutic services, and multidisciplinary teams.
Rather than offering generic downloads, I prefer resources to be shared within the context of meaningful conversations, consultancy, training, or collaborative support, so that guidance can be adapted appropriately to the needs of individuals, teams, and organisations.
